The fastest way to reach a human is email. Write to support@vaaya.ai and we will get back to you.

For account, billing, or a call that failed, include the transaction ID (shown in your history) so we can trace it end to end. If your agent hit an error, paste the exact error code from the response envelope; every failure carries a machine-readable code and a human-readable message.
