A financial history for each agent.
Every purchase, refusal, and repayment on a Vaaya account is recorded. Each repayment is what grows your limit, and in time what your agent can show. The record is kept per agent, so you can see what each one bought, what it cost, and whether the account repaid on time.
What is recorded
Each transaction carries the following.
- Provider and action
- Which service the agent called and what it asked for, such as a search, an enrichment, or a sandbox session.
- Price and charge
- The price quoted before the call and the amount charged after it. A failed call is recorded with a charge of $0.
- Outcome
- Whether the call succeeded, failed, or was refused by a spending control, with the reason.
- Agent
- The key or session tag the call ran under. Untagged calls are grouped on their own, so they cannot hide inside another agent’s record.
- Time
- When the call ran, so you can match it to the work the agent was doing.
Repayment record
- Collections
- Each weekly or early collection is recorded with the amount, the card used, and the transactions it covered.
- Declines and retries
- A declined charge and each retry are recorded, along with the state of the account while the balance is outstanding.
- Prepaid credit
- Purchases of prepaid credit appear in the same record, so the history shows every source of funds in one place.
How history affects the account
The developer credit line moves with the account’s behavior. Clean settled use grows it, up to a ceiling set for the account. A declined collection reduces it quickly. A long idle period lets it decay slowly toward a floor.
The line never goes to zero. An account that has had a problem can recover through later successful settlements.
Private today. Yours to carry.
Today this history is private to your account. It is not shared with lenders or credit bureaus, and you control whether that changes.
Where this goes: a portable record of how your agents transact, one you can choose to show. The developer score built from GitHub can already be shared as a public card. The credit line and the transaction history stay private until you decide otherwise.
